Giang possesses a strong background in solution design & architecture, systems integration, and cloud technologies, as well as expertise in security, data architecture, and performance optimisation in ERP solutions, specialised with SAP S/4HANA Cloud and SAP Technology Platform.
Giang’s research area explores the potential of Artificial Intelligence (AI), particularly Large Language Models (LLMs), in supporting sustainable, standards-based interoperability. The focus is on how LLMs can be employed to connect with external data sources, enhancing the integration of systems through open standards and innovative technologies like MIMOSA data exchange and SAP API technology via the API hub. The final outcome of the project could potentially be a Digital Assistant for Software System Interoperability which could automate the process of translating data formats, protocols, or APIs between disparate systems, reducing manual effort and speeding up workflows.
