The FEnEx CRC is pleased to welcome PhD scholar Thilini Thathsara into our Future Energy Exports CRC community.
Thilini, who is completing her PhD at Swinburne University of Technology has recently published a paper on “”. The paper provides an overview of hydrogen gas sensing mechanisms employing different types and morphologies of recently developed “Photoactive Semiconductive Metal Oxides” and their derivatives. With the help of this review article, researchers are able to identify promising photoactive materials, their unique features, and tuneable properties via analysing their sensing mechanism towards hydrogen gas under different operation conditions (e.g., temperatures, different light conditions).
