PhD Title: Synthesis and characterisation of nanomaterials for hydrogen gas sensing applications
Mohammad is currently a PhD candidate at Swinburne University of Technology. He has completed his master’s in Micro and Nano Electromechanical Systems (MEMS) Engineering at the University of Tehran in 2017. His research areas include gas sensors, MEMS/NEMS devices, nanopositioning systems, and micro and nanofabrication. His research aims to develop hydrogen gas sensors employing innovative nanomaterials by utilizing the promising nanomaterials as sensing layers to achieve superior sensitivity, selectivity, and stability with low power consumption.
